Was formed for placing industrial enterprises of different sectoral activity.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GROUND AREA
Situated in the North-West of Kaluga Region in the Borovsk district, on the border of Kaluga and Moscow regions.
Total industrial park area is - 972 ha,
including:
Northern site- 127 ha
Eastern site- 467 ha
Central site- 339 ha
Western ground - 39 ha
Assigned - 577 ha
Disposable for production placement - 395 ha*

The productions of KT&G Rus (LLC) (tobacco goods production), Samsung Electronics Rus Kaluga (LLC) (TV panels assembly), Nestle Russia (LLC) (production of pet-food)
Investment projects realization of the following companies on the territory of the park is begun:

- Tuplex (LLC) - production of parquet underlayer,
- YOUKONN (LLC) - production of polyester staple fiber,
- John Deere Rus (LLC) - agricultural machinery production,

INFRASTRUCTURE
GAS SUPPLY
The industrial park gasification is finished.
POWER SUPPLY
Substation for investors’ power supply is put into operation. Distributing power station for is put into operation on the Eastern site. The contracts on technological joining of Northern and Eastern sites consumers are concluded.
WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM
Works on building industrial park’s water supply point and local treatment facilities are being carried out. Phased putting individual units into operation, taking into account the outlet on the estimated capacity (4000 cubic meters per day) is planned to be finished by 2011.
COMMUNICATION
Agreements on cooperation with leading operator Centertelecom (OJSC), Kaluga Region affiliated branch are concluded.
ROADSAsphalt-covered roads were constructed on the Eastern site.
