The ground area is situated to the South-West of Kaluga, to the North-West from the Rosva village.
Total area of the industrial park – 472 ha
Assigned - 150 ha
Disposable for production placement - 322 ha

Production volume - 150000 automobiles per year

Stage of realization – construction works in progress
The plan of industrial development is estimated up to 2012.
On the first stage the company is planning to produce 75 000 automobiles per year. Agreement on cooperation provides for localization facilities - automobile components production transfer to Russia.
The family of the cars, planned for production is – Peugeot 308, Peugeot 4007 Citro¸n C4, Citroen C-Crosser, Mitsubishi Outlander XL.
Infrastructure
Design and construction works on infrastructure supply to the borders of the industrial park in progress.
