The ground area is situated on the South border of Kaluga, within the city, to the North from the road interchange "Kaluga-Kozelsk-Tula".
Total area of the industrial park - 115 ha
Assigned - 70ha
Disposable for production placement (producers/automobile components suppliers) - 45 ha*
*Plots of land are in property of "Urban district "Town Kaluga" municipality"

The plan of industrial development is estimated up to 2010.
The enterprise, that is planned to be put in operation in 2009 will be an integral part of a large- scale European system of «Volvo Truck Corporation». Volvo and Renault automobiles of carrying capacity from 5, 5 to 35 tons will come off the assembly line.
The family of produced cars: Volvo FE, FL, FM and FH trucks and Renault Kerax and Premium trucks

Design and construction works on infrastructure supply to the borders of the industrial park in progress.
