The ground area is situated close to the North-East border of Kaluga, to the North-West from rural settlement "Village Grabtsevo".
Total area of the industrial park - 730 ha
Assigned - 222 ha
Disposable for production placement (producers/automobile components suppliers) - 488 ha

Investment agreement with the concern "Volkswagen AG" signing date is 29.05.2006
Capital spending sights - 570 million Euro
Production volume - 150000 automobiles per year
Number of jobs - 3000
Stage of realization - launch of Semi Knock-Down shop (SKD) 28.11.2007. Building of CKD shop in process.
The plan of industrial development is estimated up to 2012. Investment agreement provides for automobile components producers’ facilities.
The family of the produced cars is: VW Passat, VW Passat CC, VW Golf VI VW Jetta, VW Tiguan, VW Touateg, VW T5, Skoda Oktavia, Skoda Octavia Tour, Skoda Fabia, Skoda Superb, Skoda Roomster.
Infrastructure
GAS SUPPLY
Gasmain construction (7 km), providing the whole industrial territory‘s needs is finished.
POWER SUPPLY
Building of 2 independent power transmission lines of 110 kilowatt is finished.
WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM
The needs of water supply (including fire water supply) of all the industrial area are satisfied
Sewage disposal and storm sewage is provided in the range of current production needs.
Gabion sewage disposal plants building is finished.
APPROACHES
Building of 6,1 km access roads and 0,5 km of spur track is put into practice
