"A-Park" Project

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The land plot of the total area 20 ha is situated next to Volkswagen plant in the techno park "Grabtsevo".

The project comprises construction of 100 thousand sq.m. of production, warehouse and office facilities by 2011.

Capital spending sights - 100 million Euro.

Production, engineering and social infrastructure creation for small and medium-sized enterprises and automotive producers.

Brand new possibilities for innovative enterprises creation in automotive parts industry.

1-st STAGE OF CONSTRUCTION:

• Total area - 6,6 ha
• Production area - 31 thousand sq.m.
• Office area - 3 thousand sq.m.
• Investment volume - 27 million Euro

FIRST STAGE CONSTRUCTION TERMS:

Dry shell - by December 2009.

Comissioning - Spring 2010.

FIRST STAGE RESIDENTS:

• Volkswagen – cars production.
• Benteler– suspension components production.
• Visteon– interior parts production (interior finish,electronic and lightning equipment, conditioners).
• Isoplast– plastic automotive parts production.
