Placing Order of the Investors in the Industrial Parks

For new enterprises placement possibility examination on the territory of Kaluga region industrial parks (techno parks) investor has to fill in a  production placement application form and address it to the Corporation.

After concordance of the offered placement variant with the investor the Corporation prepares a draft investment contract, reflecting the following: 

• Investment project realization stages and pull-date
• Amount of jobs
• Capital sending sights
• Investor’s proposal on industrial ground’s supply with engineering communications
• Parties’ obligations that concern ensuring the start-up of engineering infrastructure and production facilities
• The terms of transferring the rights on the plot of land to the investor

Approved investment contract is signed by the three parties: the Government of Kaluga region, KRDC and the investor.

The registration of the corporate person representing investor’s interests on the territory of corresponding municipality is the term of industrial enterprise placement within the boundaries of the industrial park.
