Power supply

Power generation unit with 2 (main and reserve) cables of 10 KV voltage, power supply category - II.

Heat supply

Own gas boiler (can work on black oil) with 2 steam boil engines. Capacity - 40 tons of steam per hour or 35 Gcal/hour.

Water supply and drainage

From the network of the local water supply company and the well on the territory of the plant of 436,06 m³/day capacity.  If necessary the well can fully cover the water needs.

Drainage system comprises fecal and storm water discharge systems with discharge to the municipal collectors. 

Treatment facilities

Capacity - 231 m³/day. Local treatment facilities with reactant way of treatment for galvanic flow neutralization for the water containing acids, alkalis and heavy metal salines. The treated water is discharged to the municipal sewage.  

Treatment facilities for storm water with the mechanical way of treatment are intended for storm and melted water from the territory of the plant. Capacity – 30 l/sec. The discharged water goes to the river. 

Water intake

Water intake on the territory of the plant, comprises one well №12. Depth - 100 m.  

Compressed air supply

Compressed air for production needs comes from 3 compressors in the power-generating unit (work pressure 8 atmospheres).

Exhaust control

Central certified laboratory on the territory of the plant provides exhaust control as well as ecological control and control over labour conditions on the plant.
