Transport and logistic center «Rosva»
Purpose of the project:
Providing industrial parks’ residents with transport and logistics infrastructure
Characteristics of the project:
Taking into account the importance of logistics for production, as well as regional transport system integration into the federal and global transport systems, Industrial Logistics (LLC) carries out large-scale work on the construction of transport and logistic center «Rosva», which will comprise the freight yard «Rosva» and transport and logistic terminal. Asoftodayfreightyardconstructioniscompleted. It gave the possibility to optimize components’ delivery process for the residents of the park to organize regular production process, decreasing aggregate logistic expenses, shortening the time for the delivery of cargoes and amount of logistic operations.

The main participants are the residents of the industrial park «Rosva»
Potential participant are the residents of Kaluga Region industrial parks
Infrastructure:
Freight yard «Rosva» objects constructed and commissioned:
- Non-public railway line of 10 km, providing stream handling and removal of wagons
- Container area
- Temporary storage warehouse, corresponding to all the conditions of goods’ storage
- Customs control zone is in operation in the dead end spur of the freight yard since June 2010.
Transport and logistic terminal objects under construction:
- Truck parking;
- Container and car area;
- Roofed warehouses;
- Customs terminal, including temporary storage warehouse with customs and offices.

Current status:
Transportandlogisticterminalisdesigned. Construction of the object is in progress. Functional expansion of the freight yard «Rosva» is planned by means of additional non-public railway line construction.
